We offer free shipping on qualifying U.S. orders over $100.

Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address when placing an order.

JARO LASHPIRE® is not responsible for packages sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery is subject to the carrier’s operations and policies.

JARO LASHPIRE® is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers or packages marked as delivered that are subsequently lost or stolen.

If your package arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible so we can review the situation and assist you.

For lost or delayed shipments, customers may also need to contact the shipping carrier directly using the tracking information provided.
